Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CAFÈ VELOURS website, digital loyalty experience, and related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Reservations & Event Bookings

Workshop tickets and private event bookings are confirmed upon payment or email receipt. Cancellations requested at least 48 hours prior to the event start time are eligible for a full refund or credit.

Intellectual Property

All visual content, 3D artwork, dynamic animations, brand trademarks, logos, and custom copy on this website are the property of Cafe Valours Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

CAFÈ VELOURS provides website features on an 'as is' basis. We strive for uninterrupted access, but cannot guarantee zero downtime due to scheduled maintenance or third-party web graphics acceleration support.
